DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 31 Days of Setting Intentions Day 6 “Remember To Remember”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  31 Days of Setting Intentions Day 6 “Remember To Remember”

Meditative Thought: Waking up is one thing, but staying a wake is a completely different practice.  Remembering to remember our divine self can be more challenging than experiencing “Ah-Ha” moments. Everyday there are eye-opening insights that activate evolution, but then comes the action, required to implement true change.  Once we begin the journey to shift, we must continue the work in order to remember.  This could come from prayer, meditation, sacred study, fellowship, and self-contemplation.  Set the intention to “remember to remember” everyday.

Spiritual Assignment:  Today, set the intention to stay awake.  A quick mantra can always help, “I am one with God.”  Create your affirmation that keeps you on track.  Commit to a practice of aligning yourself with the one power of God.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment… just for this breath, the qualities of God is my life.  I “remember to remember” my purpose.

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 31 Days of Setting Intentions Day 5 “Why We are Here”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  31 Days of Setting Intentions Day 5 “Why We are Here”

Meditative Thought: We are here to share our gifts upon this planet and to know our divine self.  We are not here to get anything, but to give.  Because we all are one, connected by the spirit of God, when we give we receive.  It is the “Law of Circulation.”   This is the time to set the intention to know our oneness.  We are living in a very unique time in our existence.  We have two choices, to evolve in consciousness and grow as a people, or annihilate each other and call it a day.  I am choosing the path of growth.  Will you join me?  Let’s remember why we have chosen to experience this side of eternity.  Let’s remember why we are here.

Spiritual Assignment:  Today’s lesson is to remember why you are here.  Take the time to bless everyone with your gifts and talents.  During your time at work, school, or play set the intention to bless and to give love. Remind yourself that you are here to give, not to get.  Walk with a new intention to show up as God.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment…just for this breath, I know the one power that is my life; therefore I am the blessing.  I move and groove with a new divine rhythm.  And so it is.  Amen.

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 31 Days of Setting Intentions Day 4 “Love Yourself”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  31 Days of Setting Intentions Day 4 “Love Yourself”

Meditative Thought:  The greatest love is self-love, not a conceited type of love, but a love with the understanding of who and who’s you are.  Set the intention to go deep within and connect with your divine self.  This is the Holy Spirit that is the one and only power source that is your life.  You are one in God; therefore you are always in love, in Divine love.  Love is your DNA.  Love is what you are.  Set the intention to know your self as Love, having a human incarnation.  The Course in Miracles says that if you are not in a mindset of love, you are blocking God’s miracle for your life.  Whenever we forget that we are love and to love ourselves, we hinder the flow of God, and we cannot freely love others.  Remember, it is your natural state of being, to Love.  Love thy self and then you can love others.

Spiritual Assignment:  Today, meditate on remembering self-love.  At the top of each hour, remind yourself, that you are Love; therefore you can love in all situations.  Set the intention to be mindful of who and what you are.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment… just for this breath, I am power with love and I bless the planet with Love.  Amen.

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGET: 31 Days of Setting Intentions Day 3 “Do What Brings You Joy”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGET:  31 Days of Setting Intentions Day 3 “Do What Brings You Joy”

Meditative Thought: Today is the day we set the intention to do what brings us joy. When we connect with God within, we connect with the divine qualities of the Holy Spirit. Joy and Gratitude is the highest form of energetic vibration.  One from of spiritual practice is to always find the joy and gratitude within our lives.  All of our master teachers encourage us to be in the joy always. No matter what you are going through, find your joy. Delight in the realization; you are a unique expression of the Universe. Rejoice and allow your light to shine.  When we understand who and what we are, it becomes easy to find our Joy.  No matter what, we are always in God; therefore we can always activate Joy.  Set the intention to remember you are joy, and it is waiting to rise up.

Spiritual Assignment:  Today do what brings you joy.  Take time to meditate and to identify what brings you divine happiness, then go and do it!

Affirmation:  Just for this moment… just for this breath, I am Joy rising and I live a life filled with blessings.  Amen

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 31 Days of Setting Intentions Day 2 “Creating Open Spaces”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  31 Days of Setting Intentions Day 2  “Creating Open Spaces”

Meditative Thought:  Setting intentions means opening our consciousness and creating space to grow.  We must be willing to release our old ideas so that we may have new experiences on our spiritual walk.  Our intentions set into motion the clearing away of old paradigms that not longer serve us.  It is the open space that gives us breathing room so that new and powerful transformative work can take place.  When we set the intention to be more, there must be a willingness to ask the question, “What must I release? What must I become?”  The intention to transform is the intention to become more.

Spiritual Assignment:  Today, set aside everything you think you know about your journey so that you are open and free to have a new and fresh experience in God.  Use the ‘set aside prayer.’ “May I set aside everything I think I know about … (fill in the blank) so that I may have a new experience.”  Be willing to release everything that no longer serves you.  Create a space for transformation.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment…. just for this breath, I am a new experience in the mind of God.  My life is a fresh idea that blesses the planet.  Amen.

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 31 Days of Setting Intentions Day 1 “A New Day”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  31 Days of Setting Intentions Day 1 “A New Day”

Meditative Thought: Today is a new day, a New Year, and our life continues into eternity.  Because our existence is never-ending, we get the chance to push the restart button and begin a new.  This start-over is fueled with intentions.  The word intention means to be more, to stretch, to grow.  When we set intentions, we must be willing to expand our mind, body and spirit.  This New Year’s Day is the perfect time to begin your eternal existence again.  Remember, each day is a new day, each moment is a new moment, each breath is a new breath, and that we have never experienced this moment in God ever before.  Don’t waist this new day, use it to grow, and be more than you ever thought you could be.

Spiritual Assignment:  Today, set the intention to start again.  Create your own restart button by realizing that you are in the middle of eternity.  Take time to meditate on the newness of each breath, moment, and day.  Today, see the freshness of God, and refresh your life.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment…just for this breath, I live the newness of God that is my life.  I push the restart of eternity and create a new spiritual journey.  And so it is.  Amen.

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 31 Days of Celebrating Light – Day 31″Begin Again”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  31 Days of Celebrating Light – Day 31″Begin Again”

Meditative Thought: As we prepare for a New Year, we begin to reflect on the year that has come to an end.  Did we complete all the intentions set last year at this time?  Did we achieve our goals created from the space of  ‘this next year will be better?’  This is the time that we are hyper aware of the restart button.  A New Year marks the end and the beginning of a cycle of time that man has created.  The truth is that the Light is eternal; therefore we are always in a space of starting again.  We do not have to wait for the New Year to begin, a new cycle, or to set a new intention.  We can push the restart button right now… Just take a breath and realize that this is a new moment in eternity.

Spiritual Assignment:  Today, close your eyes, take a breath, and push the restart button.  Set a new intention for your life, and begin again.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment…just for this breath, with the power of God, I begin again.  Today, only my highest good unfolds.  And so it is. Amen.

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 31 Days of Celebrating Light – Day 30 “A Bright Light”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  31 Days of Celebrating Light – Day 30  “A Bright Light”

Meditative Thought: The Light will shine as bright as we allow it.  We are like a lamp with a dimmer switch.  The control is within our consciousness.  The Light is always on, but is our switch in the full position?  We must be willing to make a definitive decision, and ask, Who do we serve?  Who is our master?  Do we serve doubt, fear, worry, or do we serve a God full of love.  Do we serve lack and limitation, or do we serve abundance, prosperity, and plenitude?  We get to decide, we get to choose.

Spiritual Assignment:  Today, notice when your dimmer switch is on low.  It could be at work, in your neighborhood, in your own home, but it is always with your consciousness.  Today, live full-out for God; choose whom you will serve.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment…just for this breath,

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 31 Days of Celebrating Light – Day 29 “The Practice to Know More Light”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  31 Days of Celebrating Light – Day 29  “The Practice to Know More Light”

Meditative Thought: The Practice is to know more of the Light.  It always brings us to a deeper realization of our oneness with God.  Every moment we spend cultivating and contemplating our life in the Universal flow, we continue to increase our awareness that God is the only power there is.  The I AM consciousness can only expand as it self.  Our connection with God allows us to share more love, more joy, more peace, and more prosperity.  The Christ Consciousness within us is willing to grow…We must be willing to know it.

Spiritual Assignment:  Today, set the intention to know more of the light.  In every situation bring more love, more joy, more light, and more God.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment…just for this breath, the I AM is what I am.  Amen.

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 31 Days of Celebrating Light – Day 28 “The Light That Brings Innovation”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  31 Days of Celebrating Light – Day 28 “The Light That Brings Innovation”

Meditative Thought: The Light is an expansive presence that is expressing itself in new and inventive ways.  Yes the spirit of God is the same, today, yesterday and tomorrow, but the real truth is God is only in the now moment, wanting to show up as each and every one of us uniquely.  Our calling is to express this Light in new and innovative ways.  We have the spirit of creativity within our souls longing to be free and unleashed.  It is time to go within and ask, “How can I show up as God today? What innovative ways can I express God in this moment?”  The power of the Light is within you, its time to allow it to shine.

Spiritual Assignment:  Today, allow God to expand as you.   Be open to new and innovative ways that the Spirit of God can show up as you. Before you move, take a breath, go within, and ask what is the Divine right action in this moment.  Be still and listen, you will receive that answer.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment…just for this breath, I am one with the innovative Spirit of God.  The Light shows up in new and dynamic ways to bless my life and the life of others.  And so it is.  Amen.
