DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 31 Days of Empowerment – Day 25 “Insight for Empowerment”

Meditative Thought: Our divine insights are sacred, designed to empower our lives. I love when Oprah talks about “Ah-ha moments.” But after our awakening, there is another step. There is an action that must take place before our transformation takes place. When we receive these downloads and we begin to move our feet, there is a shift that happens and we are never the same. But the shift doesn’t stop with us. Insights from God are not only for our personal growth; they are for the collective, the group consciousness. As we shift, the world will change. When we begin to realize the importance of our transformation, we begin the journey of self-empowerment. Receive your Ah-ha moment with a sense of reverence. Be open to the blessings that you have caught from the fourth and fifth dimensions.

Today’s Spiritual Assignment: Today, search for insights of your personal empowerment. Journal about your Ah-ha moment, and take the time to see their importance. Today, be open to receiving sacred insights. Each time you receive a new one, be grateful. Acknowledge your gift by simply saying, “Thank you.”

Affirmation: Just for this moment…just for this breath, I am the tool that uplifts this planet. And so I am. And so I let it be. Amen

Meditative Thought: There is nothing we can do to attain Empowerment. It is a consciousness, an awareness that we have everything we need. Empowerment consciousness takes time and spiritual work, cultivated by the practice of prayer and meditation. Empowerment comes from our connection with the divine. Our unity is the only power that is lasting. True empowerment comes from our relationship with God. As our consciousness expands, our relationship deepens and our empowerment grows.

Today’s Spiritual Assignment: Today, set the intention to up-level your consciousness with prayer, meditation, and affirmations. If you are aware of your empowerment, your life will expand. Today, move with the knowledge that you are empowered with the grace of God.

Affirmation: Just for this moment…just for this breath, I remember to remember. And so I am. And so I let it be. Amen

Meditative Thought: Blessed are the Peacemakers is what Jesus said during the Sermon on the Mount. When we say yes to keeping the peace within our lives and our community, the challenge is great, but worth it. To be a true Peacemaker we must be empowered by the power of God and stay reminded that the Universe is Peace; therefore we can activate peace in every situation. Peace is our natural place of being, active in all things. When we choose to hold the consciousness of peace, we must know that it is active no matter what our external eyes may see. Intention to see peace in a land of war and violence is the choice to empower the planet. There is power in our commitment to hold the peace and there are blessings that we get to share in. When we pray and meditate for the power to hold the peace, we activate a divine mission that only a few will ever be blessed with. When we can see peace, we see God, and that is the blessing.

Today’s Spiritual Assignment: Today, set the intention to hold the peace. When the energy is tested by confrontation, begin to hold a vibration of peace. Be mindful of the importance of your vibration of peace. You are the light, so allow your light to shine.

Affirmation: Just for this moment…just for this breath, I am free to activate God. I am free to see Peace moving in my life.

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 31 Days of Empowerment – Day 13 “The Pathway of Empowerment”

Meditative Thought: The Universe is always directing the pathway of empowerment. Our higher self is guiding every step we take if we are open to its direction. God speaks but we don’t always listen. During times of confusion and indecisiveness, go within and contemplate your next move. When you are unsure of what comes next, ask yourself, what can I do to embrace my vision? What can I do to move myself to the next level? During a time of unemployment, this could be the time to start your own business. Maybe it’s time to create your own flow of abundance, rather than depending on old ideas, un-fulfilling jobs, and/or people who don’t appreciate you. When things don’t seem to be working in your life, this is a time to find another way to be creative. When it appears that your life is not moving in the direction of your intentions, or it seems that you are in a period of inactivity, remember that The Universe is always working on your behalf. Whatever your calling is, know that it is unfolding right here and right now. True empowerment requires faith; no matter what, God is working in and as you.

Today’s Spiritual Assignment: Today, take a deep look at your journey. Mindfully know that you are on a path with no destination. Each step is designed to empower you in one way or another. Mindfully walk the path today. Stay awake and move through your day with the awareness that you have purpose; you are on the pathway of Empowerment.

Affirmation: Just for this moment…just for this breath, I allow God to speak during this gestation period. And so it is.

Meditative Thought: Our emotions are our friend. They tell us when things are in alignment or not. When we are aware of our feelings, I call this the Emotional Zone, a time when we are listening to our inner self. When we learn to listen to our feelings and trust the message, we become open to our emotional growth. Emotional growth happens when we are not controlled by our emotions but rather when we use our emotions to check in.

Today’s Spiritual Assignment: Today, embrace your emotions. Allow your heart to empower your every move. Let your emotions guide you today. Stay focused and balanced and know that God is in your “emotional zone.”

Affirmation: Just for this moment…just for this breath, I embrace my high vibrations and I allow my best life to come forth. I am one with Spirit; therefore
my life rocks. And so it is. Amen.

Meditative Thought: The highest consciousness of empowerment is the awareness that everything is working on your behalf. If we remain in the mindset that our highest good is unfolding right here and right now, that becomes the energetic vibration that will get us through anything; the best will emerge during any and every situation. There are times when we worry and we try to make things happen. There is nothing you can do to make God’s will to unfold and fall into place. God’s will is always unfolding. Spirit is just saying, “Wait and be still.” Everything is working at the right time. Empower yourself with the knowing that the Universe is working in you, for you, and as you. You have the power; there is nothing you need to do, so rest in that consciousness; become the power that you are.

Today’s Spiritual Assignment: Today, set the intention to know your power comes from within. You have everything you need; it’s within you. Create a simple mantra that reminds you that you have everything. Repeat the mantra every hour on the hour. Today is the day to anchor in the truth.

Affirmation: Just for this moment…just for this breath, as I wait I know my highest good is unfolding. And so it is.

Meditative Thought: A cocoon is a place of transformation. A gestation period takes place during this miracle; what entered the cocoon is not what exits. During this transformation we must prepare for the change. The question to ask is, “What is seeking to emerge from this cocoon?” The question is an activator for your own awareness that a shift is ready to take place. The question is also a tool for empowerment. We know that we are not standing still doing nothing. We know that there is an up-leveling of our soul that is going on, and when we are ready, we will take on the vision that is pulling our existence to a higher level. Like the caterpillar that goes into a shell to transform, you, too, shall awaken anew, spread your wings, and soar.

Today’s Spiritual Assignment: Today, place yourself in a cocoon of The Divine. Be still and know that you are wrapped in God. Take the time to ask the question, “What is seeking to emerge from this cocoon?” As you move through your day, have faith that you will receive an answer. When the insight comes, you are ready to allow the Universe to take over. Empower your vision with the grace of God. Know that all is well and you are being held in the hand of Mother-Father-God.

Affirmation: Just for this moment…just for this breath, I am god’s divine idea and I am ready to fly! Amen

Meditative Thought: When we understand that our life has purpose because we are living, we begin to live a purposeful life. From this awareness we will see our life vision. We will take part in what God has called us to do. My Friends, you are the tool the Universe has chosen to bring forth new and amazing ideas for this planet. Only you can complete the calling. As you begin to activate and participate in your divine gifts, you will empower the world. You will inspire everyone you meet to be the best they can be.

Today’s Spiritual Assignment: Today, decide how you will inspire the world to greatness. Set the intention to empower your community. It only takes one person to start a chain reaction. It does not have to be a big act; it can be the smallest thing, like picking up a piece of litter. But if this act is filled with big intentions, it will set the world on fire. Remember, you are the spark.

Affirmation: Just for this moment…just for this breath, I bring forth great and new ideas. I am the spark of eternal fire that transforms this planet. And so it is.

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 31 Days of Empowerment – Day 3 “Self-Esteem to Empowerment”

Meditative Thought: I once heard a spiritual leader say, “If you are looking for self-esteem, do estimable acts.” I believe there is a more expansive way of understanding that principle. Self-esteem comes from an awareness of who and what you are, which then leads to participating in estimable acts. When we see our true divine self and recognize our oneness in the Universe, our overall consciousness is elevated; we begin to love ourselves, and this in turns leads to admirable action. Everything we do come from the knowing of who we are and that is true empowerment.

Today’s Spiritual Assignment: Today, define what self-esteem mean to you. Make a list of all the things that you can do to elevate your awareness that you truly are. Prayer and meditation are at the top of the list for connecting with your divine self. Choose one task, small or great, it does not matter. While you are participating in that assignment, remember who and what you are. Remind yourself that ‘you do because you are;’ not the reverse. At the end of the day, journal about your experience.

Affirmation: Just for this moment…just for this breath, I recognize my self-esteem comes from my connection with God. And so it is, and so I let it be.

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 31 Days of Empowerment – Day 2 “The Questions That Empower”

Meditative Thought: Here are the questions to ask yourself daily: “How can I love more deeply?” “How can I show more compassion?” “Where can I be more of service?” “What can I do to share more love?” True empowerment comes from sharing our divine gifts. When we ask these question, the answer will be revealed to us, and when we take action, empowerment comes. When we share God, there is an energy that explodes within our hearts and we begin to radiate a vibration that inspires others.

Today’s Spiritual Assignment: Today, ask the question that empowers your soul. Take the time to contemplate and cultivate the question, “How can I serve today?” When you get the answer, be willing to step out and do it. Journal your experience and your “ah-ha!” moments, allowing your journal to be a log of your transformation.

Affirmation: Just for this moment…just for this breath, I love more, I am more, I share more God. And so it is. Amen
