DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 30 Days of Prayer-Day 16 “It is Done as We Believe”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  30 Days of Prayer-Day 16 “It is Done as We Believe”

Meditative Thought: “We cannot believe in a Divine Power that responds more quickly to one than to another.” – Ernest Holmes, Prayer

I love that quote.  Sometimes we believe that someone has an extra blessing or more God power than someone else.  Spirit does not discriminate.  The Universe does not know whether you are a good person or a bad person.  Prayers manifest as we believe.  The scripture says, “It is done as you believe.”  Be aware of your motivation for praying.  If we pray out of fear, fear is the energy that the Universe will use.  If you pray for money, out of fear of being broke, the fear wins out every time.  Fear is of the same energy as faith.  The Universe reacts to our energy; vibrations; emotions…not the words we speak.   The law works no matter what.  Be aware of not only what you prayer for, but how you pray for it.

Spiritual Assignment:  Today, pray with the awareness of your emotions and vibrations.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment…just for this breath, my prayers are filled with high vibrations.  All my intentions are immersed in love.  And so it is. Amen

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 30 Days of Prayer-Day 15 “Prayer that Unites”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  30 Days of Prayer-Day 15 “Prayer that Unites”

Meditative Thought: “Prayer is a tool that unites the world.” – Skip Jennings, “Spirit Explosion”

Because we are one with the spirit of God, when you pray for someone else, you are praying for yourself.  With that in mind we pray only for the highest good for everyone.  I am always looking for the opportunity to pray.

Spiritual Assignment:  Today, search for opportunities to pray for someone; I know you will find them.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment… just for this breath, I am aware of my oneness with the most high.  I sing a song, only I can sing.  I am playing in the playground of the Universe where everyone is welcome.  When I speak a word for others, I bless myself.   And so it is. Amen.

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 30 Days of Prayer-Day 14 “Affirmative Prayer Step 6”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  30 Days of Prayer-Day 14 “Affirmative Prayer Step 6”

Meditative Thought: Affirmative Prayer Step 6 – Release:  Once you have said the prayer, you must release and let it go.  Release the prayer; allow God to be God.  We hold on to our prayers because we don’t have the faith that it will come to fruition.  As long as we hold on tight, the prayer can’t expand; it can’t breathe; it can’t grow.  It goes no further than your mouth.  Our prayers must fly into the cosmos.  “I let go and I let God,” is a mantra that I use all the time. Release is the first step to serenity.  Turn your cares and worries over to God.  Release is true freedom.  It builds our faith.  We begin to believe that God is in control.

Spiritual Assignment:  Today, begin to release your prayer into the Universe so that God can be God.  Journal your experiences, I would love to hear from you.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment…just for this breath, I release and I let God.  And so it is.  Amen.

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 30 Days of Prayer-Day 13 “Affirmative Prayer Step 5”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  30 Days of Prayer-Day 13 “Affirmative Prayer Step 5”

Meditative Thought: Affirmative Prayer Step 5 – Thanksgiving:  Meister Eckhart wrote, “If the only Prayer you said in your life was ‘Thank You,’ that would suffice.”  This stage moves us into faith; faith that it is done.  Thank you is that overwhelming appreciation for God and its infinite expression of giving.  The more we say thank you, the more we have to be thankful for.

Spiritual Assignment:  Today, say thank you every chance you get.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment; just for this breath, I am grateful.  Amen

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 30 Days of Prayer-Day 12 “Affirmative Prayer Step 4”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  30 Days of Prayer-Day 12 “Affirmative Prayer Step 4”

Meditative Thought: Affirmative Prayer  Step 4 – Realization:  The realization step is about what you know.  “I know,” are the words that anchor this step.  Remember, a treatment is an affirmative prayer.  It’s not about begging for something, it’s about what you know to be true.  “I know that I am abundant.  I know that my life is full of grace.  I know that all is well in my life.”  By stating these words of truth, we plant the seed allowing the Universe to do its thing.

Spiritual Assignment:  Today, remember your divine qualities by saying, “I know…” and fill in the qualities that is seeking to be activated in you.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment… just for this breath, I know, that I know, that I know!  Amen

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 30 Days of Prayer-Day 11 “Affirmative Prayer Step 3”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  30 Days of Prayer-Day 11 “Affirmative Prayer Step 3”

Meditative Thought: Affirmative Prayer Step 3 – Unification:  The unification stage is about awakening to our oneness with The Universe.  “God is, I am,” is a defining affirmation that helped me to expand my Unity consciousness.  During this step, I speak words like, “One Life, one spirit, one mind, one God and I know my life is one with God.  Rev. Kathleen McNamara, from Agape says to stay in the unification step until you know that you are one with God.  Don’t move from this stage until, without a doubt, you can say that you and God are one.  When this unification awareness happens, you activate the power of the Universe.  The more you realize your oneness with God, the more you are able to activate Divine power in your life.

Spiritual Assignment: Today, activate the unification vibration in your life.  Speak an affirmation, “God is, I am.”

Affirmation:  Just for this moment… just for this breath, God is, I am. And so it is.  Amen.

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 30 Days of Prayer-Day 10 “Affirmative Prayer Step 2”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  30 Days of Prayer-Day 10 “Affirmative Prayer Step 2”

Meditative Thought: Affirmative Prayer Step 2 – Recognition:  The next step of the prayer treatment is Recognition.  Because God is everywhere present, this energy is governing the prayer.  God is the force that is everywhere, always active, all-powerful, and all-knowing.  The simple statement that “God is,” is recognition.  When we awaken to the fact that God is all-inclusive; we begin to see God everywhere.  God is all there is.

Spiritual Assignment: Today, actively recognize the activity of God.  This is a practice that requires work.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment…just for this breath, I recognize God to be all there is.  Amen

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 30 Days of Prayer-Day 9 “Affirmative Prayer Step 1 – Gratitude”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  30 Days of Prayer-Day 9 “Affirmative Prayer Step 1 – Gratitude”

Meditative Thought: Affirmative Prayer Step 1 – Gratitude:  It is important to begin our prayer treatment with gratitude.  Gratitude is the highest vibration for manifestation.  If we begin our prayer with thanksgiving it sets the tone.  It is good to start our prayers in the highest vibrational field possible.

Spiritual Assignment: Today, begin your prayer with gratitude.  Set the tone and vibration of the prayer.  Feel the vibration.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment…just for this breath, I am grateful for God.  I set the tone of my life with thanksgiving.  Gratitude is the order of my life.  And so it is.  Amen.

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 30 Days of Prayer-Day 7 “Prayer Partners”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  30 Days of Prayer-Day 7 “Prayer Partners”

Meditative Thought: Let’s pray together.  It is so important to have a many people I pray with.   A Prayer partner will stand in agreement with you during challenging times.  They will hold you in prayer when you can’t pray for yourself.  They will remind you of the truth you have said yes to.  A prayer partner increases the vibrational prayer field.  Prayer partnerships are a reminder that you are one with God and the Universe.  “Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. For where two or more are gathered together in My Name, I am there in the midst of them.” — Matthew 18: 19-20

Spiritual Assignment:  Today, find your prayer partner.  Create an agreement to stand with another.  This partnership will last for a lifetime.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment…just for this breath, I allow the most perfect prayer partner to enter into an agreement with my soul.  I say yes to a divine partnership of prayer.  I stand in agreement and commitment to prayer for myself, and others.  And so it is.  And so we let it be.  Amen, Amen, Amen.

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 30 Days of Prayer-Day 6 “Song Of Prayer”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  30 Days of Prayer-Day 6 “Song Of Prayer”

Meditative Thought: Michael Barnard Beckwith says, “Singing is praying twice.”  I get that statement.  The lyrics send out a vibration, accompanied by the vibrations of the melody.  I get the opportunity to sing with a very large choir, The Agape International Choir.  Most of my time is writing, speaking, or singing about God, my favorite subject.  Whenever I sing, my vibration is lifted to new heights.  The music we sing helps to anchor my spirit.  Every song has a message.  What song do you sing?

Spiritual Assignment: Today, sing your prayers.  It doesn’t matter if you think you can sing or not.  It’s about your intentions to elevate your consciousness

Affirmation:  Just for this moment…just for this breath, “Sing, sing a song, make it simple to last the whole day long.  Don’t worry that it’s not good enough for anyone else to hear, just sing, sing a song.”  Amen.
