DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 30 Days of Recognizing The Divine – Day 6 “Directed Footsteps”

Meditative Thought: Where am I going? That is one of the big questions we ask ourselves quite a bit. Most of the time we don’t know where the journey is taking us, but we can always know the Knower who knows. The knower of our sacred expedition is The Divine. If we trust God, we will be divinely directed. Put your faith in the Universe and it will guide your life. Trust that a force that knows all things and is all-powerful guides you. Recognize that all-amazing presence of the Mother-Father-God directing your footsteps. Move with the reassurance that nothing can come against you. You are a child of God, blessed with everything you ever needed. Now recognize that truth.

Your Spiritual Assignment: Today, trust God on your path. Without knowing where you are going, trust that the Universe is ordering your steps. Create a mantra to help you build your faith. It should be simple and easy to remember, such as, “I trust God on my path.” Use your mantra when you feel that you do not know the way.

Affirmation: Just for this moment…just for this breath, I know the Knower who knows. I am free to follow God’s path for my life. I know that my highest good is always unfolding. And so it is. Amen

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 30 Days of Recognizing The Divine – Day 5 “Recognizing God Through Nature”

Meditative Thought: The greatest way to recognize God is in nature. When we are present in the vastness of God earth, we can feel the vibration the earth radiates. When was the last time you walked the beach barefoot and felt the sand between your toes? When was the lat time you smelt the fragrance of a living flower or felt a blade of grass in your hands? I invite you to take the time to go into nature, close your eyes, and hear God’s song. Take a deep breath, inhale nature’s vibration, and be with Mother Earth. Feel your connection to this planet. Allow the experience to shift your awareness of God, nature, and man’s unity. “Listen; the planet is singing a sweet song.”

Your Spiritual Assignment: Today, play in nature. Go with your family and/or friends and feel the vibration. It does not have to take long; it can take as little as 30 minutes. But just do it with the intention to commune with the vastness of God.

Affirmation: Just for this moment…just for this breath, I dance to the song of Mother Earth. Amen

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGET: 30 Days of Recognizing The Divine – Day 3 “The Law of Circulation As Fellowship”

Meditative Thought: God is an energetic force, a vibration that can only be experienced during the spiritual practice. Everything and everyone is a form of Divine energy that sends out a vibration, connecting with other Divine energy that creates fellowship. The “Law of Circulation” says that what we send out, returns to us 100-fold. Contemplate this; whatever energy we release, we get back, so we must consciously send out God energy. Spirit only knows itself. Allow your spirit to touch the Source of life. This is Unity consciousness. All things are connected with God through this energetic vibration. Bless the planet, and you bless yourself. Pray for another, you pray for yourself. Your sacred practice affects the collective because we are undivided from the whole. Allow the Law of Circulation to fuel your fellowship.

Your Spiritual Assignment: Today, consciously connect with everyone through the spirit. Know that the Unity you feel is divine. Your awareness is key. At the end of your day, journey about your experience. Keep a record of any insight you may have, then revisit your finding the following week. You can repeat the process everyday or how often you choose.

Affirmation: Just for this moment…just for this breath, with a clear mind I release thoughts of lack and limitation. I play in the realm of Abundance, Prosperity, and Plentitude. And so it is. Amen

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 30 Days of Recognizing The Divine – Day 2 “In the Stillness We Will Know”

Meditative Thought: Rickie Byars Beckwith sings,” Mankind is a child of the Sun.” How amazing is it to know that we are so connected to the Divine, and that we were formed from the same energy of the Sun. God thought us to be so important that we were created from the same power that heats the earth. With that awareness there is nothing that we cannot do. The power of God lives within us all. There is a place deep within your being where the spark of creation lives, waiting to explode into existence. But understand that only the sacred practice of prayer and meditation can ignite this awareness. The Universal presence of God can only be known when it is recognized as so. We will only know this power in our still, quiet time. In the stillness we will know our connection to God.

Your Spiritual Assignment: Today, make it a priority to be still and know that God is in your life. During meditation contemplate you oneness with Source until you know the truth: you and Mother-Father-God are one.

Affirmation: Just for this moment…just for this breath, I am a child of the Sun, and I rock. And so it is. Amen
