DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 31 Days of Self-Awareness – Day 12 “Intentions Made Flesh”

Meditative Thought: This time in our lives is about discovering divine truth, spiritual principles, and transforming into the spiritual practitioners that the Universe wants us to be. Whenever we say yes to a deeper transformation, the Universe presents a practical application to anchor the shift. Whenever you say yes to change, be prepared to see it in action. Fear not my friends; this is a time to grow and we can only grow when the intention becomes real. We can say we want to love, but until we are challenged to love in difficult situations, can we really understand Love? Embrace the practical application and understand that it is designed to make us stronger.

Your Spiritual Assignment: Today, journal about how your intentions have manifested. Write a list that anchors your transformation. It is important for you to see your growth.

Affirmation: Just for this moment…just for this breath, God is all there is, everywhere present, and knows all things. I am the light that brings transformation to the planet. I say yes to the expansion of the Universe within my life. And so it is. Amen

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 31 Days of Self-Awareness – Day 11 “Staying Awake”

Meditative Thought: Once we are awake, the practice becomes staying awake. One way that I remain conscious is to remind myself of my unification with God. Whatever God is, I am an expression of that energy. I remind myself of the divine qualities: Love, Joy, and Peace; everything else is ego, protecting itself. We must anchor the awareness that we are one with Mother-Father-God. There is nothing that God HAS that does not exist within you.

Your Spiritual Assignment: Today, anchor you awareness in your unification with God. Everything you see. Remind yourself that you are one with everything. At the end of the day, journal about your experience.

Affirmation: Just for this moment…just for this breath, The Universe is Love; therefore I am Love. The Universe is Joyous; therefore I am Joy. The Universe is Compassion; therefore I am Compassionate. The Universe is Grace; therefore I am Divine Grace. I remember to remember. And I let it be. Amen

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 31 Days of Self-Awareness – Day 10 “Evolution Must Happen”

Meditative Thought: I believe that we evolve no matter what; sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly. It can take a lifetime to shift, or in an instant. Participation in our own evolution increases the depth of our transformation and shortens the time it takes to transform. Our participation in meditation, prayer, service, and study, sends a message of ”Yes” to the universe. This yes is a yes for change. Insight will come quicker; we only need to be willing, and open, to grow.

Your Spiritual Assignment: Today, participate in your own spiritual unfolding. Fuel your day with yes. Every time you complete a practice like prayer or meditation, say, “Yes.” It is this yes that will set the Universe into motion on your behalf.

Affirmation: Just for this moment… just for this breath, I say yes to growth and insight for transformation. I say yes to revelations that shift my life and the planet. The energy of change propels me to a new dimension. And so I let it be. Amen

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 31 Days of Self-Awareness – Day 9 “Pushing Past the Blocks”

Meditative Thought: The only thing that blocks eternity being activated in our lives is the ego. We were meant to freely express God qualities as ourselves. The challenge is getting past the egoic mind. The ego will tell us not to express Love because we won’t be understood, or that Love will not be returned. The ego wants to protect us from getting hurt. How many times have you wanted to give money to a charity but a fear came over you, the concern that you wouldn’t have enough to pay your own bills? That first impulse to share is God wanting to be activated through you. The second impulse is the ego trying to protect you. Stay focused on eternity. The opportunity to share God is always seeking to emerge.

Your Spiritual Assignment: Today, notice how and when you are blocking your blessings. When you notice it, be willing to reopen the flow with a prayer: “I am open and ready to receive my blessing.”

Affirmation: Just for this moment…just for this breath, I am free to share God and God qualities. I am tapped into eternity, and all unfolds for my highest good. Prosperity, Abundance, and Plentitude are my birthright; therefore, I am free to share all that I am. And so it is.

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 31 Days of Self-Awareness – Day 8 “Old Paradigms”

Meditative Thought: What paradigms do we hold on to from our past? What have we learned from our parents, family, and teachers that have become our truths? What beliefs did we buy into from an early age? “Money doesn’t grow on trees.” “When will you get married?” “My biological clock is ticking.” What stories or identities have we created about ourselves that have become a mask that hides us from the world Do we believe the identities and the stories that served us early in our development? “God hates me.” “I will never find true love.” “I can’t, because I never have.” All of these attitudes are thoughts that coagulate into our existence. They become our truths. These thought patterns block our spiritual growth. What a great opportunity to transcend all the stuff our parents, teachers, and friends thought about us. The only truth we can anchor ourselves to is our oneness with God. Unity with the universe allows divine qualities to be activated in our lives. Release the story, and embrace your glory. Transcend your current identity.

Your Spiritual Assignment: Today, when you become aware of an old thought belief system that no longer services your spiritual growth, identify and than speak the truth. Create a practice of identifying the lie and right away speak the truth.

Affirmation: Just for this moment…just for this breath, I release the story and embrace the glory of God. Amen
