DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 30 Days of Celebrating New Beginnings – Day 7 “Divine Expansion”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  30 Days of Celebrating New Beginnings – Day 7 “Divine Expansion”

Meditative Thought: Divine expansion is the focus when we set the intention to walk a path of enlightenment.  Every download, Ah-hah moment, and insight is a jump off point for the sacred journey toward higher consciousness.  If we are open to divine expansion we will be amazed at what is revealed to us.   The lessons or growth opportunities are always right where we are.  Every situation provides openings for our soul’s expansion.  There is no person, place, or thing outside of God; therefore, we are always in a space prime for deeper awareness of you and who’s we are.

Your Spiritual Assignment:  Today, find a book that inspires divine expansion.  Truly take the time to find these writings and then allow it to help you on your journey.  Study and master this one book; read it over and over again.  You will be amazed at how much insight can come from one book.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment…just for this breath, I am Love; therefore I Love. I am a divine entity; therefore I see my Divinity. I am Grace; therefore I walk gracefully. I am Peace; therefore Peace is everywhere. I am Abundant; therefore Abundance is who I am. And so it is. And so I let it be. Amen

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 30 Days of Celebrating New Beginnings – Day 6 “What Is New and Good”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  30 Days of Celebrating New Beginnings – Day 6 “What Is New and Good”

Meditative Thought: If we ask ourselves everyday, “What is new and good?” we will find it.  The Universe is always expanding and is always good, so if we look for the evidence, we will find the proof.  As we step into spring, this is the time to set the intention to see a word full of divine newness.   We get what we are looking for, so look for the best.  When we begin to see everything as new and good, we activate the joy of living.  Every breath, step, word, and thought are expressions of the God; we need only to be aware of it.  Remember, life is good because we know it is good. It is the affirmative mind that brings us to an awareness of truth. Our life is the life of God; therefore, it can only be with the qualities of God, which are Love, Joy, Abundance, Peace, Prosperity, and Goodness.

Your Spiritual Assignment:  Today, only speak of what is good and new and what is working in your life.  Allow your conversation to continue to inspire you.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment…just for this breath, I am held within a field of infinite wealth. Prosperity is the order of the day. There is more than enough for everyone. The overflowing vastness of Mother Earth reminds me that I am one with God. The song of Abundance is my heart’s melody.

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 30 Days of Celebrating New Beginnings – Day 5 “Manifesting the Life Meant to Be”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  30 Days of Celebrating New Beginnings – Day 5 “Manifesting the Life Meant to Be”

Meditative Thought: Manifestation is a daily practice that happens from the willingness to release that which no longer serves you.  We must also be willing to let go and let God.  Stop trying to make it happen and work on becoming what it is you are trying to manifest.  The becoming can only happen when we realize that we are already what we desire.  Everything we need is already within our being.  When we choose to manifest the life that we are meant to have, there is a deep realization that everything comes from Source that lives within us.  Nothing outside of us can truly help us to manifest a life of meaning.  Without the realization that we are tapped into God, we will never have any satisfaction.  Today is the day we manifest our New Life.  It begins within and culminates in the life you were meant to live.

Your Spiritual Assignment:  Today, identify the life you would like to have.  Make a list of everything and every way you see you life unfolding. After you have made your list, turn it over to God and allow the Universe to guide you to manifestation.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment…just for this breath, I am the light that shines and illuminates this planet. Everywhere I go, I release the Universal glow of God. I am a blessing and filled with Love. And so it is. Amen

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 30 Days of Celebrating New Beginnings – Day 4 “Letting Go to Be More”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  30 Days of Celebrating New Beginnings – Day 4 “Letting Go to Be More”

Meditative Thought: The reason for letting go of what no longer services us is to be more of our true self.  When we hold on to the old ways of living there is no room for the New.  We must clear out the clutter of our minds so that we may begin to rebuild a new spiritual consciousness.  The action of letting go is a sacred practice that is required on a daily basis.  When we are filled with obsolete stuff, there is no room for growth.  We must be willing to self-examine our lives and see what is no longer serving our journey.

Transformation is the most challenging journey we face within our lives.  Letting go of what we are used to takes courage and determination.  Today, identify what is holding you down, let it go, and begin to fly.  A new beginning must start with an ending to an old way of life.

Your Spiritual Assignment:  Today, journal about why you continue to do something that is not for your highest good.  There is something about this proverbial “ball and chain” that is serving you, but not fulfilling you. Go into a deep contemplation and be willing to hear what is holding you back.  This is an honest conversation between you and the Universe.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment…just for this breath, my life is an open canvas, and I allow the colors of Spirit to paint a new masterpiece. I embrace the Divine Creativity that I am; my soul expresses hues of the Universe. I see myself as God sees me: Lovely, Magnificent, and Whole.. I nurture my inner artist with Love and Compassion. And so I let it be. Amen

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 30 Days of Celebrating New Beginnings – Day 3 “Death and Resurrection”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  30 Days of Celebrating New Beginnings – Day 3 “Death and Resurrection”

Meditative Thought: During this time of the celebration of new life or resurrection, we must be aware that something has to die.  To truly embrace a new incarnation, the old way of existing must fall away.  One of the reasons we do not manifest a new way of being is because we hold on to the old one; it still services us in some way.  When the fear of letting go is greater than the vision of a new life, we remain stuck and transformation becomes challenging.  We must be willing to die in the old life to fully step into the new one.  There has to be a death of sorts if you want a rebirth.

In yoga, the last asana is called the Shavasana, or corpse pose.  The purpose of the Shavasana is to die in the practice because it is done.  We move into meditation, and then we awaken and embrace our resurrection.  A new perspective of you and your connection to the Divine is awakened, but only after the death of what has come before.  Today is the day that we allow all that no longer services us to fall into the grave of transformation so that we may begin our new life.

Your Spiritual Assignment:  Today, make a list of all the things that no longer serve you, and then be willing to release them.  This process begins with the identification and moves to the action phase.  You only have to identify and be willing.  Then turn within to ask your higher self when and how you should release what is holding you back. Don’t move into action until you hear from God.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment…just for this breath, I release all things that no longer serve me. I receive the highest blessing from the Universe. As my mind expands, so does my existence. There is only one love, one mind, one spirit. And so it is, and so it shall be. Amen

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 30 Days of Celebrating New Beginnings – Day 1 “Spiritual Awakening”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  30 Days of Celebrating New Beginnings – Day 1 “Spiritual Awakening”

Meditative Thought: We are on a quest for spiritual awakening.  Every time we set the intention to grow spiritually, a new beginning is taking place.  Our sole propose for this human incarnation is to know our divine self, our higher self.  Everything that we do is an opportunity to awaken our awareness to God that lives within us all.  Once we ignite the flame of truth, our life begins to have meaning.

During this season of spring, which is the time of New Life, allow your journey of divine exploration be the number one priority.  Allow your old way of just surviving to fall away and embrace your spiritual awakening.  There is a power greater than you that lives within your spirit and it is ready to be awakened.  Set the intention to live to your greatest potential; awaken to a new life that is fulfilling and meaningful.

Your Spiritual Assignment:  Today, take the time to cultivate your life purpose.  Set into a daily practice with the focus to expand your consciousness.   Sit in meditation with only the Omni purpose to connect with Source.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment…just for this breath, abundance is my inheritance. I am one with the absolute abundant field of God. My life is full of supply, and I am only subject to the goodness of the Universe. Like the birds in the air and the lilies of the field, I worry not. I am blessed. And so it shall be. Amen

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 31 Days of Embracing the Practice – Day 31 “Embracing Generosity”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  31 Days of Embracing the Practice – Day 31 “Embracing Generosity”

Meditative Thought: As we embrace what it truly means to be generous, we can begin to relax, knowing that there is always enough.  The main fear of giving is always based in lack and limitation.  Once we embrace the true nature of God, we begin to understand that prosperity, plentitude, and abundance is always active; therefore we can freely practice and embrace generosity.

Your Spiritual Assignment:  Today, know that there is more than enough for everyone, and then give from that space.  Be open to however God wants to bless you.  Actively give, give, and give.  At the end of the day, journal about your experience.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment…just for this breath, I am blessed by Source and my life is good.  Amen.

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 31 Days of Embracing the Practice – Day 30 “Service and Generosity”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  31 Days of Embracing the Practice – Day 30 “Service and Generosity”

Meditative Thought: Generosity is the sacred practice of giving.  When we are generous with our time, money, and Love, it is always returned to us threefold or perhaps “full force”.  The truth is God is the source of all things.  We have freely been giving our gift; now we become a tool to share. The “Law of Circulation” says we must freely give as we freely receive.  There must be an equal amount of flow; that is the balance of the Universe.  Keep in mind that Source will always provide, so we do not give to receive, because we will always receive.  We give to be of service and to participate in the circulation of God’s gifts.

Your Spiritual Assignment:  Today, look for ways to circulate God’s gifts.  Set the intention to be generous.  Go and spread God’s love.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment…just for this breath, I freely give and I freely receive.  Amen.

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 31 Days of Embracing the Practice – Day 29 “Call to Serve”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  31 Days of Embracing the Practice – Day 29 “Call to Serve”

Meditative Thought: There is a deep call to serve that comes from within our soul.  We can only answer the call by being present and awake to the voice.  If we are open, we will see opportunities to serve everywhere we go.  It could be as simple as picking up trash on the ground which service to the planet, or helping someone with the groceries.  The inspiration could be helping to build a school in your neighborhood, or giving money to a worthy cause, or volunteering at an after school program or at a hospital.  Whatever speaks to you, there are no small service commitments; everything counts.   Today, be willing to listen and you will hear.

Your Spiritual Assignment:  Today, meditate on what service commitment is calling you.  Listen for the answer; do not move until you get one.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment…just for this breath, my call to service is elevated with enthusiasm and gratitude.  Amen

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 31 Days of Embracing the Practice – Day 28 “Service to Transformation”

DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  31 Days of Embracing the Practice – Day 28 “Service to Transformation”

Meditative Thought: Service is a key factor in transforming our lives.  If you are going through challenges, it is service that allows us to focus on something else other than our struggles.  The purpose of service is to connect within our human incarnation.  This practice helps us to see God in others, releasing the need to fixate on what is not going right in our lives. This is a sacred practice that elevates our oneness consciousness in God and with each other.  When we take the time to think of others, our challenges fades into God and we temporarily forget our own self-loathing, which helps us to move past anything. The truth is service helps us all.  It helps the person you are and helps you to heal.

Your Spiritual Assignment:  Today, be aware that the person you are serving is God.  The God person is a reflection of you.  There is only service that really matters.  Or  There is only one, and the one you serve is yourself.  When you embrace service, embrace the person you are serving.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment…just for this breath, my service is fueled with the power of the One.  Amen.
